“Second negative review I have ever left in my life. Pursuit was managing 9 rentals for me. At first it went well. However upon separation - Steve Meyer became unnecessarily passive aggressive, intentionally started causing inconvenience and financial harm. Security deposits were collected from tenants and not remitted to my new property management company when we parted ways with Pursuit. Wrong rent amounts were collected (damaging me financially) on one property for 7 months, then I was blamed for it when I found the deposits did not match the rent amounts. Incorrect accounting records were spotted, repeatedly, showing Steve was collecting PM fees and not executing the full responsibilities of his duty. I was being charged annual inspection fees, but one property had over 13,000 of damage on it when I did my own personal onsite visit - in addition to dogs living there that were not being paid for. On three separate occasions the wrong rent deposits were made to me - totaling several thousand dollars cumulative - which would not have been discovered if I didn't spot it. When I brought it to the owner Jeffs attention - I was assured all matters were reviewed by him personally - which turned out to not be accurate. After I transitioned companies away from this firm - as stated above. I was ignored when requesting photos I paid for from them, and follow up requests for leases to transition. I have also been ignored when inquiring about the deposit monies they collected and will not turn over to the new PM team - after 6 months of periodic inquiry. No apology or accountability was taken in the matter - deflection, ignoring, and passing of any wrong doings or ownership for their mistakes was the general rapport anytime an issue was raised in the relationship. Matty Miller was impeccable to work with. Stronger side type personality - but he did a good job. Stay far away from this place with any asset you care about.”
