Hi, I'm Ryan Winter. In a nutshell, I'm a Realtor (I was told it's pronounced REAL-TOR and not REAL-A-TOR, but you can call me either one). I'm also a marketer with over 13 years of experience helping individuals and small businesses grow through better storytelling, streamlined processes, and creative insight through insight-driven marketing. Oh, and I started a charity in college, but that's a long story. I'm an interesting mix of regimented strategy and out-of-the box thinking.

So why does that matter in real estate? Why am I even in real estate in the first place? Simple...I love a challenge and I love helping people with the big things life, such as buying or selling a home. If you're like me, you've probably thought, "I'd like to buy a home, but it's just too difficult or overwhelming," or perhaps you've thought, "I'd really like to sell my home, but where do I start? Do I have to deal with a pesky real agent who just wants a commission?"

I understand. All of those issues went through my mind at various points in life. I believe education, processes, and excellent customer service are missing in the real estate world and that's why consumers have so many questions. I'm trying to change that.
