Kyle Zornes is a real estate professional driven by a desire for ownership, autonomy, and—most importantly—meaningful relationships. His path into real estate was shaped by a clear motivation: to be in control of his own ship while building a career centered on working with people he likes, trusts, and respects.

Kyle’s professional background is diverse and people-focused. He began his career spending five years in Student Ministry, where he developed strong communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset. From there, he transitioned into customer service and recruiting roles, further sharpening his ability to listen, understand needs, and guide people through important decisions. These experiences ultimately led him to real estate, where he could combine relationship-building with strategic problem-solving.

Originally from the Tampa/Clearwater area, Kyle attended Florida State University before spending several years in Tennessee. When he and his wife decided to start a family, they prioritized being closer to friends and family, which brought them to Jacksonville—a city they are proud to call home.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys staying active, especially playing basketball, watching college football, and spending time outdoors at the beach. He also appreciates the simple pleasures of walking through San Marco and hosting game nights with family and friends. Community involvement is a core part of his life, and he is actively engaged in his church. 

With a background rooted in service and community, Kyle brings a thoughtful approach to real estate, helping clients navigate their next big life change with confidence and care.
