Born and raised in Jacksonville, Damion has deep ties to the community he now serves through real estate. His background as a former professional football player and current Special Operations firefighter has shaped his discipline, work ethic, and ability to perform under pressure—qualities that translate seamlessly into guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions. While firefighting has fueled his passion for service, he also understands the physical demands of the job and sought out real estate as a long-term career where his drive and people-first personality could create lasting opportunities for both himself and his clients.

Beyond real estate, he gives back to the community by coaching for the Varsity team at Providence School of Jacksonville. In his free time, you’ll find him working out, golfing, or enjoying movie nights with his wife.
