In addition to being a real estate agent, he is also a licensed contractor and has worked as a mortgage loan originator and underwriter, insurance claims adjuster, marketing professional, and IT specialist. Jeremy has been actively involved in real estate investing for years, participating in numerous fix-and-flip projects, owning long-term rental properties, and operating a successful short-term rental as an Airbnb Superhost.
